Tatsuhiro Suizu’s First Art Book,
VARIATION, to Be Published

On July 1, we will release VARIATION, the first art book by emerging painter Tatsuhiro Suizu, who has a background in Nihonga (Japanese-style painting). The book features 80 full-size reproductions from his series Khora, created solely with ink and aluminum. It includes a foreword by poet Takashi Hiraide and book design by renowned graphic designer Nobuhiro Yamaguchi.

The edition is limited to 500 copies, each individually numbered. Of these, 15 are special editions housed in custom-made boxes by bookbinder Akie Tsuzuki, each containing an original artwork along with the book. To celebrate this debut publication, both the standard and special editions of the book—as well as the original paintings from the Khora series—will be exhibited and available for purchase at Morioka Shoten in Ginza.

In addition, on July 3, a talk event will be held with the artist Tatsuhiro Suizu, poet Takashi Hiraide, and the editor/publisher Osamu Kushida. We warmly invite you to attend.
