The words of the book I take the words of the book, and engrave the world of the book in openwork.
Pablo Lehmann engraves the words of his favorite books on paper in his own calligraphy. Based in Buenos Aires, South America, he openwork engraves the worlds of philosophers, novelists, and scientists that he has read to drown himself, including Miguel de Unamuno, Julio Cortázar, Jorge Luis Borges, George Orwell, Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes, and Bertrand Russell. His technique is similar to Japanese katagami( Pattern paper ) and Chinese paper cutting( Jian Zhi ), and he is an artist that FRAGILE BOOKS has been paying attention to.
