An artist's book for instructional art organized by Fluxus member Mieko Shiomi for an event that was to be held in Madrid in 1992. The cardboard case opens to reveal a card with a printed photograph of a balance, 68 cards the size of business cards with printed information from participants to be placed on the balance, a weight to fine-tune the balance in case it does not balance, a list of participants (including Dick Higgins, Takehisa Kosugi, Yuji Takahashi, and many others), and a list of manifestos. The set is numbered 249 out of a limited edition of 750 copies.
