Bunraku's left and right hands.

I have some body parts of Bunraku puppets. I couldn't immediately remember why I chose them, and thought about leaving them for a while, but slowly, like something that had been stirring, began to sink.

Relatively early on when I started buying antiques, I came across several disassembled dolls that had come from a Bunraku puppet museum being sold. The price was way beyond my means, so after much deliberation, I decided to give up. I suppose a "real" antiques dealer would go into debt to buy something like this.

Perhaps the admiration I felt for Bunraku puppets at the time, or perhaps a feeling like a burnt, stubborn stain, lingered, and I became desperate to somehow deal with the regret I could not fully digest. At one point I thought about writing a superficial reason, such as "Bunraku puppets and Joruri puppets are puppets that are manipulated, performed, shown, and expressed," but I realized that what had settled and remained was a negative attachment.
