This month's online exhibition will feature "Khora," a series of paintings by Tatsuya Mizutsu, who has left Japanese painting to open up his own world. What can be seen here are 80 original paintings from the new FRAGILE BOOKS publication "VARIATION." As poet Takashi Hiraide has commented, "For a painter who has begun to paint purely through the act of painting, and for those who view it, painting is an act of placing oneself, dragging oneself around, and then pulling oneself up." This is a new frontier for the painter, who has reached a landscape without painting it, and the traces of the act of painting quietly shine through. The works will be delivered in a specially made frame. Sales will begin on July 7th.
