Takashi Hiraide has published many works of poetry as a poet and prose writer. His novel `The Cat Guest' is known as an international bestseller. In addition to his poetry, he has exhibited at museums and galleries in Japan and abroad, including the exhibition `Language and Art: Takashi Hiraide and Artists' at the DIC Kawamura Memorial Museum of Art. We offer a variety of publishing styles, including the `via wwalnuts' series, a letter-format publishing style in which we handle everything from our unique book perspective to editing, design, photography, printing, and distribution, to the `ppripo' series, which treats postcards as two-page books. Takashi Hiraide（平出 隆）
1950年、北九州生まれ。1975年、一橋大学社会学部卒業。1978年〜1987年河出書房新社編集部。1990年より多摩美術大学美術部芸術学科学科長。2017年〜2020年多摩美術大学大学図書館長。2021年より多摩美術大学名誉教授。
Born in Kitakyushu, Japan in 1950, he graduated from Hitotsubashi University in 1975 with a degree in sociology. 1978-1987: Editor, Kawade Shobo Shinsha; since 1990: Head, Department of Art, Tama Art University; 2017-2020: Director, University Library, Tama Art University; since 2021: Professor Emeritus, Tama Art University.
